Food
The right foods, in the right proportion, are the fuel your body needs in order to rebuild the muscles and other tissues which hold the shape of your body.  Proper nutrition is especially important for restoring your skin to a youthful healthy appearance.  Counting calories, carbs or fat grams won’t get you there.  Even if you are able to temporarily lose weight strictly by limiting these components of your diet, you will not necessarily look or feel any younger or alive.  Typically, diets drain your body of the energy you need to enjoy a vibrant lifestyle.  Anything which involves vigorous activity begins to feel like a chore.  When I teach you to rethink a few basic concepts about the way your body utilizes the food you eat, you will experience—for yourself—a marked difference in how you look and feel.  After a short time, you will not want to go back to eating the way you did before.  Knowledgeable nutrition coupled with appropriate exercise get very predictable and measurable results.  Best of all, you don’t have to worry about weight.  It is as if your body knows where it should be and goes there to stay.  Armed with the facts, I see one client after another accomplishing this for themselves.
